April Bowlby is an American model and actress. She is most famous for playing Kandi as well as Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva and Titans as well as Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby, an American actor best known as Stacy Barrett on the American drama/comedy TV series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi from the sitcom Two and a Half Men. She started her career with modeling before moving onto films and TV shows. In CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, her first TV appearance was an episode with a background character. A few years later her most memorable performance as Kandi was in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby's performance in the role of Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her international recognition. She was the main character as Rita Farr/Elastigirl for the American web-based series Titans. In the spin-off that will be called Doom Patrol, she will return to the character. Bowlby was also featured in TV films Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. Her big screen debut came with the feature film All Roads Lead Home and later appeared in other movies like The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. Bowlby played a part as a guest in a variety of TV series, such as CSI: NY with Jenny Lee and Freddie (as Sydney) in 2005. In addition, she starred as Meg in the movie How I Met Your Mother. In the past, Bowlby played the part as Natasha as Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl who lost her mother in an automobile accident. Bowlby is starring in the film as Mia as she appears as well in The Slammin Salmon (2008). Los Angeles is her home. Naturally red-haired, she has blue eyes. She was never married, and has she has no children.
