Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is most famous for her role as Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. The stage debut of her career started in the 1950s, with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Following that, she performed on Broadway in a variety of productions until 1957 in which Li'l abner was big in the National Theatre. Her first album of music, It's Time For Tina in the same year. Louise started the first phase of her Hollywood career in the year 1958 as she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre a dramatic film. It was a huge success, and Louise earned the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's teacher. The year 1964 saw her signing with CBS as a character, Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her acting career in between Broadway TV and Hollywood, portraying more somber roles as opposed to her perception as a glamorous girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 as Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. In recent times, she was also a prominent director on popular TV shows such as Supernatural and The 100. She was birthed in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. The family relocated to Toronto for her childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver and Canada, following her decision for the lead role.
